हरियाणा के बिजली निगम कर्मियों के कम्यूनिकेशन स्किल को सुधार के लिए अब उन्हें ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी। पंचकूला के हरियाणा पावर ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीच्यूट में लाइनमैन और असिस्टैंट फोरमैन को 2 दिन क्लास लेने के लिए बुलाया गया है।
हरियाणा पावर ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीच्यूट के निर्देश पर उत्तरी हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम ने अपने तहत आने वाले हर जिले से 1-1 कर्मचारी को ट्रेनिंग पर भेजने का फैसला लिया है। 10 जिलों से पंचकूला में 10 लाइनमैन-असिस्टैंट फोरमैन को भेजा जाएगा। पंचकूला के ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीच्यूट में 15 व 16 जनवरी को सुबह साढ़े 9 से शाम 5 बजे तक इनकी वर्कशॉप रहेगी।
ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीच्यूट में इन कर्मियों को मोटिवेशन, प्रोफैशनल व्यवहार, समय प्रबंधन, उचित कम्यूनिकेशन स्किल, तनाव प्रबंधन, फर्स्ट एड, हीट स्ट्रैस, कार्यस्थल पर शराब और ड्रग्स का सेवन, सर्विस रूल्स, उच्चाधिकारियों के साथ बातचीत का तौर-तरीकों के बारे में समझाया जाएगा। अगर नामित किए गए कर्मियों में से कोई कर्मचारी ट्रेनिंग में हिस्सा नहीं लेता है तो उसके खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई के साथ-साथ ट्रेनिंग कार्यक्रम के खर्च का हिस्सा उसकी सैलरी से काटा जाएगा। इतना ही नहीं, संबंधित कर्मचारी के ऑफिसर इंचार्ज के खिलाफ भी इसी प्रकार की कार्रवाई होगी। वहीं किसी आपात स्थिति में ट्रेनिंग केंद्र को सूचना देने के साथ ही दूसरे कर्मचारी को ट्रेनिंग कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लेने के लिए भेजने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं।
